I had a wonderful stay at Europa Guest House. the staff were incredibly pleasant and polite, and they were always on hand to help with any questions or requests. the Annex we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of four and our two dogs. the highlight of our stay was definitely the spa facilities, including the dry and wet saunas and the hot tub. After a long day on the mountain, it was so nice to relax and rejuvenate. the location of the guest house was also fantastic, situated on the edge of town with access to peaceful dog walks in the woods. Plus, there was a lift behind the hotel that took us up to a sledding run on the mountain. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.

The family room set up was great, with a sliding door and a private bathroom for the kids. Ski storage room near the lifts was convenient. Pleasant and polite staff. Dog-friendly with reasonable fees and plenty of room for our border collies. Lovely spa facilities including saunas and hot tub.
Felt so at home, no reason to complain.

The free Wi-Fi kept us connected to the world , and the ski storage made it super convenient to hit the slopes. Plus, the TV in the chill common area was perfect for late-night movie marathons with my squad.
To make it even more lit, we wished the hotel had a cool game room with a pool table or a foosball table. It would have been awesome to challenge our friends to some friendly competition after a long day of skiing.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money at Europa Guest House - the breakfast was pretty good and the room, although small, was cozy and more than enough. The location on the edge of town was perfect for quiet dog walks in the woods and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was super convenient, just a short walk from the main bus terminal and close to the cable car. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The spa facilities were mind-blowing, with a jacuzzi, steam room, and Turkish bath that we could access. The rooms were small but practical, with a modern "alpine" design that we really liked. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, offering a typical Swiss ski-resort spread. Although the pillows were not great, everything else about our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel even had a free shuttle service to the beginner slopes, which was a nice touch. the price/quality ratio was excellent, and we can't wait to return to this amazing hotel in the future!

I recently stayed at the Europa Guest House for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, close to the Hannig Lift and just a short walk into town. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the Saas Fee visitor card, which allowed me to use the lifts for free. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
I do recommend this hotel.
